Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Provide efficient and effective site supervision based on Technical Interface Objectives and Vision.
- Organize and supervise daily work with Security Contractor on site in relation to emergencies, contractors violations, accidents, and traffic diversions.
- Carry out daily tasks instructed by TIO as per projects requiremnets on site.
- Conduct routine checks on construction sites to ensure compliance to safety procedures and report as necessary on matters affecting health & safety of persons on site to TIO.
- Supervise any subcontractor work on site as per TIO instructions.
- Ensure project progress and monitor its performance and assess its satisfactory completion based on TIO instructions.
- Liaise with all concerned staff in relation to all site matters as instructed by TIO.
- Undertake a regular Health and Safety inspection in conjunction with the Technical Interface Office.
- Does all other assigned tasks within the scope of his work.

Requirements

- Engineering related Graduate Degree or / Technical Diploma.
- 5 years of experience in a construction site supervisory role in the GCC.
- Experience in laws relating to Contracts, Arbitration, and Companies Act etc.
