Our Client is a Multinational manufacturer headquartered in USA and is looking to hire a Strategic Account Manager.

The Strategic Account Manager is the chaperone of the strategic customer relationship, orchestrating the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive products, services and solutions to the strategic accounts. The SAM represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.

Main Responsibilities:
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Study, analyze and understand market and business trends to anticipate how they affect key accounts; recommend new strategies to prepare for and/or react to changes.
- Have a deep understanding of client's business models, their overall goals, their business needs and how the company can be part of their solution.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be qualified with a relative degree and professional certifications. You should have minimum of 7 years experience with account management, project management or client services.

Prior management experience dealing with large clients, with specific experience operating at the C-level regarding negotiations, business development and relationship management
