If all of your answers to these questions are “yes”, you are lucky. Our Client is now undergoing an expansion phase and requires high degree of culture and service standards awareness and, therefore, looking for a Supervisor in a luxurious restaurant.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be directly responsible for the day to day key processes in his / her area of work
- Assist his / her superior in executing the day to day operational requirements
- Act as shift leader; lead and motivate colleagues by example & promotes teamwork
- Act as role model
- Attend all scheduled training sessions
- Adhere to the Restaurant code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards
- Be seen as working hands-on & assists colleagues
- Actively participate in line-ups and meetings
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment
- Perform any additional duties as assigned
- Report to the Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager

Requirements

- Good English speaking abilities
- 2 to 3 years of experience preferred
- Possesses upward mobility and aptitude
- Technical education in Hospitality
- Positive attitude
- Demonstrates leadership skills
- Quality service oriented
- Outgoing pleasant personality
- Critical eye for detail
- Guest focused
- Strong communication skills
