Interior Designer - IKEA - Cairo Festival City - Cairo, Egypt

- Maximise sales and long-term profitability.
- Developing and implementing range presentation
- Implementing efficient and effective store communication, supporting self-choice and the mechanical sales system.
- Reflecting the IKEA identity and creating visual impact in all commercial, sales support and co-worker areas.
- Using the richness of our range to show many functional, affordable solutions, in distinct and different styles in order to appeal to many individual tastes and needs
- Challenging and encouraging people to see their home in a new way

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of retail interior design or visual merchandising experience
- Degree / Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture

Job-Specific Skills:
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD

Behavioural Competencies:
- Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a larger team
- Ability to prioritise and organise personal tasks and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of time available
- Experience of managing-leading and developing a team, preferably gained in a visual merchandise retail environment
- Confident about communicating, coaching and managing/leading others
