Job description / Role
A leading marine service provider now require Vessel Superintendents for Canada, East and West.
- Managing various vessels, cargo operations, dock and shore facilities.
- Manage dry-docking, maintenance plans, crew management.
- Oversee day to day vessel operations including maintenance, vessel performance and crew performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years shore based experience
- Minimum 5 years ship board experience a Engineering or Deck Officer (1st or 2nd Class TC preferred);
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Safety Management Systems and the International Safety Management (ISM) Code;
