Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The jobholder is responsible for responsible for providing field sales support to sales districts to include sales reps, service technicians, district managers, etc, while providing exceptional customer service to a variety of internal / external customers. This position operates under very little direct supervision and is a key contributor Nalco's order to cash process. This is a very fast paced environment requiring a self-motivated individual.

Main Responsibilities
- General office management Organizing and keeping a Clean Working Environment, Coordination and implementation of office Procedures
- Produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc
- Tracks orders
- Supports sales presentations
- Tracking staff vacations
- Organizing conferences and banqueting for meetings
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Devising & Maintaining office systems
- Ordering & Maintaining stationary & equipment
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
- Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
- Arranging Travels for the Staff (Travel Requests, Air Tickets, Hotel Reservations, Travel Quotations and airport pickups)

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience; preferably in sales.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong organization, sense of urgency, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
- Must take ownership of workload and make decisions independently based on policy and customer needs.
- Must have strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Word skills.
- Excellent English and Arabic required.
- Understand and practice Company and Customer safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to plan and organise effectively to meet the demands of the business.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within a Customers organisation.
- Ensure computer literacy e.g.: Microsoft Word, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook through experience and training.
- Good time management skills.
