Payroll Officer

Job description / Role

- Responsible for all timekeeping and payroll-related tasks (administer, process/generate, reporting and others);
- Maintains accurate records of employees particularly pertaining to payroll;
- Prepares required report necessary and required for payroll matters;
- Attends to queries of employees related to payroll and timekeeping;
- Processes Company-initiated and mandatory leaves and benefits;
- Processes Company-initiated and statutory obligations;
- Submits required reports to all concerned personnel, departments, agencies and others.

Requirements

- Any Bachelor's Degree Holder (A degree in accountancy is an advantage);
- Three (3) years experience in processing of payroll (Experience in PMS and TAS Software Program is an advantage);
- Very good communication skills;
- Computer literate (Good know-how in Excel and other-related applications is preferred);
- Diligent, Attention to Details, High interest and ability in Numerical and Data Entry;
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines;
- Abreast in payroll legislation and processes;
- Customer Service-Oriented.
