Post-Transaction Implementation Specialist

Job description / Role

Based in Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will be working for a fully integrated global petroleum and chemicals enterprise and a world leader in Exploration, Production and Refining.

As part of the New Business Development Tea, you will primarily be responsible for implementing the agreements and mega projects won through joint venture and mergers and acquisition. You will lead the formalisation, implementation and integration of planning activities as well as providing advice on execution. You will be part of a high-level multifunctional team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

You will have as a minimum a Bachelor’s degree; an MBA is preferred. 15 years relevant industry experience is essential for this job, you will have to be able to fully demonstrate a proven ability of mega project integration across operational and functional groups.
