Job description / Role
Based in Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will be working for a fully integrated global petroleum and chemicals enterprise and a world leader in Exploration, Production and Refining.
As part of the New Business Development Team, you will be responsible for managing key strategic projects including mergers and acquisitions and creating joint ventures. Through due diligence, valuations, structuring negotiations and closing deals, you will play a key role in developing and growing the business on a global level. Significant and extensive travel will be involved in this role.
Requirements
You will be able to demonstrate fully exceptional financial analytical skills with a proven track record of negotiating and managing complex deal execution and closures. With a minimum of 15 years relevant industry experience of M&A transactions in Corporate M&A, Investment Banking and/or Private Equity firms. You will have as a minimum a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or equivalent or an MBA with a Bachelors Degree.
