Employment: Full Time

Specific Job Description
Position supports the Chief Executive and General Manager (CE&GM) initiatives, Corporate International Business Development personnel and LM Business Units operating in Qatar.

Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate CE&GM daily schedule of activities. Coordinate schedule with ability to communicate and support schedule changes.
- Manage e-mail accounts and ensure follow-through and timely response to time sensitive information and requests.
- Prepare Cash and Petty Cash Reports including pertinent support documents for the local accounting firm and the Companys Financial Center.
- Manage the Bank and Petty Cash Accounts activity and be accountable for the Petty Cash transactions.
- Arrange travel and submit expense reports as needed.
- Organize and prioritize daily requirements within the office.
- Manage and protect sensitive information, necessitating considerable use of discretion and judgment.
- Manage support for maintenance of the office equipment
- Conduct event planning as needed; will be point of contact for facilities coordination and Security requirements as necessary.
- Must be detail-oriented and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to work in a team environment and interface with all levels within the company.

Standard Job Description
- Performs a variety of administrative duties for assigned personnel.
- Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining filing system; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail.
- Takes and transcribes dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.
- Translate official documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.

Requirements

Required skills:
- Effective communications skills (verbal, written and presentation)
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications,
- Ability to perform multiple tasks within time constraints
- Ability to handle accounting, expense reporting and deal with the Companys Finance Center and the Accounting Firm in Doha.
- Ability to understand and perform needed support to the Business Development operations and Program Support Areas

Desired skills:
- Self starter with strong initiative
- Ability to work flexible hours with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Other Languages will be considered an advantage
