Job description / Role
One of the leading systems integrator for ELV and AV installations is looking for an assistant contracts manager to handle all the Legal and Court issues in addition to All Governmental follow ups (In accordance to the Contracts Managers instructions).
To monitoring all deadlines (Projects Completion date, Suppliers Agreements, Insurances etc.) and pre-notice the same to the Contracts Manager. Other responsibilities include typing correspondences and Commentary Letters (Arabic & English).
Requirements
- Law Graduated.
- Not less than 4-5 years experience (at least 2 year in Qatar)
- Good experience in Qatari Court procedures and Qatari Laws (Commercial, Criminal, Civil etc.)
- Arbitration Procedures (Optional/Not essential).
- Microsoft and Computer Skills.
- English language to be v. good at least (Speaking, listening and writing).
