Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Work under direction of BIM Manager/Coordinator, design disciplines, planning and QS leads.
- Ability to produce, develop and check BIM components for the purposes of multi-discipline design, construction, planning, quantity surveying, as-built, operation and maintenance.
- Examine and run detailed analysis of all types of CAD/BIM data and relevant BIM implementation tasks.
- Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM Modeling.
- Collaborate and Coordinate with all disciplines design changes and model challenges.
- Ability to provide high quality photo realistic renderings and visualizations from BIM.
- Adhere to clients BIM Guidelines and design reviews workflow criteria.
- Follow and check BIM content standards and development procedures.
- May take the lead on developing some discipline specific BIM modeling content for project.
- Print drawing sets for professional team and participate in discipline reviews.
- Prepare own discipline model and/or content for BIM Coordination Meetings.
- Ability to export all formats for collaboration internally and externally.
- High level of communication and good writing skills.
- Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation.
- Software Expectations: Revit, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Navisworks, rhino, grasshopper, dynamo, 3DSMAX, Solibri.

Requirements

- Degree in Architectural, Civil, MEP or legal related discipline or similar
- 5 to 10 years experience in the handling major projects
- Wide-ranging experience of roles and positions within the construction industry including roles with clients and contractors/subcontractors
