Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for handling the payment of collections, coordination with other departments, documentation and reconciliation.
- Usual visits to the Clients concerned Departments.
- Collect Payments from the customers.
- Assist the Marketing & Business Development Department.
- Report to the Department Head of any Query or clarifications required by the customers.
- Maintains the cordial relationship with all customers & supply the statement of accounts on a regular basis.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Department Manager.

Requirements

- University degree in accounting or relevant field.
- 2 to 4 years post qualification experience.

- Expertise and competence in his area of operation.
- Excellent coordination skills and ability to operate efficiently under pressure.
- Positive attitude and proneness towards change and pleasant disposition towards the public.
- Excellent knowledge of computer system.
- Ability to work in team, with a high level of involvement and cohesion.
- Good level of negotiation skills and good composition and writing skills.
- Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
