Reports to the Public Relations Manager, the role is responsible for developing, maintaining an updating the content of the Expressway programme website.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing all the Arabic and English content for the Expressway Programme website, including but not limited to:
- Press releases
- Project descriptions
- Photo captions
- Fact sheets
- Content might be originated in Arabic based on received information or may need to be translated from an existing English content
- Delivering high quality Arabic content based on briefing notes
- Copy-edit and proof-read all web content
- Create, develop and manage the website content (requires working with content management software)
- Interface with the PWA PR Department to review content and obtain approvals
- Generating content for Social media channels
- Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web pages
- Work closely with projects teams to coordinate the site content and make sure it is always updated and caters to the needs of the target audience
- Work closely with the technical team to maintain website standards
- Work closely with the technical team to monitor website traffic, make sure the website is working properly and respond to website feedback

- Qualifications & Requirements

Requirements

- Degree in related subject (English, Journalism, Technical writing etc)
- Fluent in English - spoken and written
- Fluent in Arabic - spoken and written
- 2+ years in industry post-graduation
- Proficient user of MS Office and web content development software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to challenging deadlines

Desirable requirement:
- Prior experience of creating website and social media content
- Good knowledge of graphic design
