Depot/Stabling Systems Specialist - Doha Metro

Our client is a leading international consultant with a long-term project working on the Doha Metro. They need an experienced engineer who has 5+ years experience specifically working on depots and stabling systems for rail/metro projects. Candidate must have worked on depot construction from design to completion.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Check that the design submissions are in conformity with the pre-agreed formats and time line for submission.
- Perform analysis of the maintenance equipment list proposed by the contractor according to the Employer Requirement and to define the missing equipment.
- Perform review and analysis of each maintenance equipment position in each workshop and to correct them if necessary.
- Perform management and analysis of the interface between the maintenance equipment, the Civil Work and the Rolling Stock.
- Perform review of the contractor planning regarding the maintenance equipment and coordination of the interface planning with the civil work.
- Perform review of the maintenance equipment technical documents (technical specifications, operation manuals, maintenance manuals, spare parts manuals).
- Conduct supervision of the civil work for the maintenance equipment in accordance with the guide drawings.
- Conduct supervision of the maintenance equipment installations.
- Participate to the Testing and Commissioning of all maintenance equipment.

Requirements

- Have at least 10 years overall experience.
- Have at least 5 years of similar experience.
- Have Metro experience.
- Be at least a B.Sc, BEng, BA or Equivalent holder.
- No outstanding NOC issues.
