Job description / Role
Your experience as a Divisional Manager of sporting goods and gym equipment are required by a prominent holding company in the GCC. You will be heading up a brand new division within their company, which will be focused in sporting goods & gym equipment.
The main responsibilities would include bringing on board new brands and agreeing distribution rights to sell or lease their products in the region. As it is a new division you will also be a part of building a new team to actually sell the products in the region, and in the initial stages of the role you may be required to also deal with some of the larger clients and deals personally until a suitable team has been put together.
You will report directly to the owners of the company and will have experience reporting to top level management and the board in your past.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant subject
- 8 or more years experience
- Experience working with a family owned and run company would be advantageous
- Candidates are required to have experience working within the GCC Region
- Experience agreeing distribution rights/franchising agreements is essential
