Job description / Role
Guildhall has an exclusive assignment to assist a well known Global Engineering Group in recruiting a Facilities Manager to be based in Doha, Qatar.
The Facility Manager will be an integral part of the team responsible for delivering the required level of services. He will be in charge of ensuring that all services are well established, implemented and monitored to well-defined Key Performance Indicators.
This position reports to the Director of Operations.
Requirements
- University or College Degree from an accredited University or College.
- 5 years experience in facility and property management.
- Must have Experience in Tunnelling works.
- Technical knowledge on HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, building maintenance; ability to manage capital replacement/commissioning projects. Knowledge of safety and legislative requirements.
- Computer literate including excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- Knowledge in PPM schedules and O&M manuals
