Job description / Role
Leading holding company in Qatar, who have an outstanding portfolio of clients including many of worlds major brands across multiple sectors are seeking a HR Business Partner responsible for providing guidance and HR advocacy with business leaders and general managers to challenge/advise on HR strategic issues and employee related issues.
Requirements
- 2 years HR supervisory/ managerial role experience
- A minimum of 7 years HR experience
- HR Qualification (CIPD level 5 or Level 7/ SHRM-CP)
- Experience working for mid/large organisations across multiple sectors
- Previous GCC experience
- HR Generalist background
- Ability to work under pressure whilst working on multiple concurrent complex assignments
