We have an opening for a minimum 2 year assignment working with one of the most significant global projects in our business based out of Qatar.
This opportunity needs someone with the courage to get stuck in to a fast paced environment where the leading agenda for HR is to support the development of an employee experience that is focused on ensuring we are a Great Places to Work.
Requirements
To lead this you must be passionate about supporting our leaders in building high performing teams that wipe the floor with engagement levels and camaraderie in the teams. We do not have a very traditional HR mind-set and we are certainly not looking for anyone to join the team who thinks traditionally. We prefer innovation in people practices and the agility to blend the old with the new and sometimes even the unknown. You must therefore also be excellent in your IT skills so you can use technology effectively, like any modern business professional. This role is really for a HR leader who brings their own chair to the leadership table, whether invited to or not.
You’ll be joining a diverse group of individuals including engineers, scientists, technicians, consultants and academics, who work together to provide the most effective and sustainable solutions for our clients.
