Job description / Role
Adecco Qatar require an experienced and seasoned HR Consultant to assist us in our delivery of a 6 Month HR project. The role will encompass the whole set up of a HR function for a newly formed government entity, ensuring a healthy and longstanding HR function is in place.
The scope of the role includes:
- Defining a HR strategy
- Implementing processes
- Defining org structure
- Recruitment activities
- Employee management
- Admin and record keeping
- TOR development etc
Requirements
The role will need a leader with the motivation to define and implement complex HR activities, while ensuring processes are set up in order to deliver efficient solutions.
- The candidate should have at least 5-6 years experience in HR, delivering complex HR projects in-house or externally through 3rd party.
- Candidates in Doha, Qatar preferred
- Arabic speaking candidates preferred
- HR Degree level education is a must (or relevant)
- This is a 6 month contract that may likely be extended but please don't apply if you are looking for a permanent position.
- The contract of employment will NOT be on family status.
