Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading Management Consultancy is looking for a Manager for the Financial Consulting, with the following experience:
- Financial management processes in complex organisations
- Strategic planning and budgeting
- Shared Services and/or Outsourcing
- Management reporting and analysis
- Project and program management
- Good working knowledge of the dynamics and trends in any relevant industry sectors (Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Healthcare, Real Estate, Small and Medium Enterprises, Telecommunications and other business services)
- Knowledge of and experience in government and public sector would be advantageous
- Proposal and Bid Management
- Delivery of Client Work

Other skills/competencies:
- Analytical and process skills that can be used to deliver varying types of client assignment
- Demonstrable success in delivering projects
- Track record of managing and getting the best from teams
- Excellent spoken and written English

Requirements

- A minimum of 6-8 years relevant experience in industry and/or consulting in either business services or other industrial sectors
- Educated to degree level, Finance or Accounting qualification and/or MBA
- Able to deal with challenging environment and clients. Previous experience in GCC countries an advantage
- Ambitious and capable professional, pursuing a challenging career
- Ready to relocate to Qatar. Travel to client sites may be required
- Energetic, setting and meeting personal and organizational goals, including motivating the team to achieve them
