On behalf of an International Bank, Swisslinx is seeking an Office Administrator (6 months cover) for our client’s prominent office in Doha, Qatar. This is a busy role, where you will be assisting the Head of the office, as well as several team members.
The right candidate will have extensive experience in office administration and management. This will include bookings (including flight and accommodation), taking meeting minutes, managing filing, expenses, etc.
Your role will also include corporate office management: looking after inventory and stationary, welcoming guests, general office administration, as well as liaising with various departments.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
• Experience with general office administration
• Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic a plus
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Impeccable organization skills and ability to maintain records
• Based in Doha, with valid visa
The right candidate needs to be polished and presentable, able to represent the office at the highest standards.
Experience within banking or professional services is an advantage.
NOTE: This is a temporary role to cover a maternity leave (6 months).
