Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Organizational Development Specialist to join our multicultural and dynamic team at Head Office.

Main responsibilities:
- You will design, create, implement and maintain organizational development programs such as job description development, compensation and job grading, job evaluation tools, organizational restructuring.
- Design, update, and implement job grading and compensation scheme.
- Design, create, and implement improvements to the competence framework of Al Mana.
- Use organization development tools, techniques, frameworks and methodologies to develop policies etc in line with best practise.
- Amend and create HR policies and procedures, and competencies in coordination collaborating with other HR Leads.
- Manage change anticipated based on company growth and complexity of the various brands, and develop ways of full involvement of all people in their work.

Reporting to: HR Manager
Travel requirements: Occasional travel across the GCC

Requirements

- University Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources from a recognised university
- Other certifications obtained: GPHR/SPHR/or CIPD preferred
- Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years experience within a similar role.
