Procurement and Inventory Coordinator Assistant

Job description / Role

- Listing new Vendors in Commercial Directory and updating the Directory.
- Negotiation with Suppliers and establishing credit facility accounts with suppliers.
- Receiving procurement/service requests analysis of request for necessary support and approvals, proceed to source the material/service as early as possible.
- Raising Purchase Orders for entire group for procurements exceeding the authorized limit as per Procurement Manual.
- Following up with supplier for timely delivery and closing the deals by forwarding the concerned documents to finance department for necessary payment process.
- Attending and solving all kind of issues related with procurement and inventory.
- Implementation and follow-ups of consumable inventory management in Mirage Service Apartments, School and random checking on time to time.
- Maintaining vehicles logs in order to assist for timely maintenance/service of the company owned vehicles. Responsible for vehicle insurance and maintenance for smooth trouble free operation.
