We are now seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our award winning team based within our Qatar Office.

This critical role will be responsible for representing the company in communications with the clients, and manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the projects. The Project manager will provide leadership and direction to the project team, consultants and contractors during the planning, development and delivery phases and supports the Project Director with the establishment of the project delivery strategy, planning, administration, schedule and cost control and design reviews.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
• Liaising with client, developer, consultants and contractors as well as KEO internal construction management & supervision, planning, engineering & design divisions.
• Ensure the delivery of the contracted PM/CM services to the client.
• Participate in establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and procedures.
• Prepare tender strategy; identify qualified consultants, contractors and vendors; prepare and issue RFP’s, evaluate proposals; negotiate contract terms/deliverables/payment schedules; and issue recommendation to the client.
• Attend or chair meetings and / or workshops with consultants and contractors, prepare meeting minutes and follow up to achieve identified actions.
• Review and monitor project cost estimates, VE proposals and cost reconciliation.
• Provide leadership, guidance and advice to the project team.
• Identify and resolve issues, including management, technical or administrative, to ensure that the project objectives are achieved.

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years' career experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Project Management.

Chartered status with a professional membership of Engineering or Construction Management society will be viewed favourably.
