Employment: Full Time

The Project Manager takes overall responsibility for the project being delivered to a high quality and within the agreed timeframe. Projects come from a variety of internal clients with a range of requirements and problems to be solved. The Project Manager creates, agrees and executes project work plans to ensure the professional and timely delivery of approved projects. There should be allowances for plans to be revised as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. This role identifies the resources needed to successfully complete a project and then assigns individual responsibilities to project team members. Progress of the projects should be constantly monitored and reported, therefore minimizing exposure to risk.

Common Responsibilities:
- Drafting, updating and sharing as appropriate all project documentation.
- Coordination with all areas of the Corporate Communications Department in order to ensure a highly professional and timely finished project for our internal clients.
- Advising and managing internal clients and their expectations as well as interpreting their requirements into a list of clearly defined and agreed deliverables.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Reviews deliverables prepared before passing to client
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
- Monitors and minimizes exposure and risk
- Drafts, updates and circulates all relevant project documentation
- Keeps project team well informed of any changes
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and suggest solutions
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

Requirements

- Essential Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or equivalent relevant education
- Essential Experience: 5 + years experience in a communications, marketing, advertising or related agency role, preferably in the gulf region.

Skills:
- Language Skills: Excellent English skills in writing, reading and speaking, Arabic skills desired but not compulsory.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in (Microsoft Office) Word, Excel, Access PowerPoint, Internet and email.

Competencies Common Leadership and Professional Competencies:
- Ability to work under high pressure; able to make sound decisions on the spot in a timely and professional manner. Must acquire communication skills and is open to criticism.
- Active and alert, highly motivated and highly organized.
