Job description / Role
In Norconsulting we are currently looking for several Quantity Surveyors with highways / Roads experience to work for one of our most important clients (important Consultancy firm) in Doha, Qatar.
Requirements
The right candidate shall be qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from an internationally recognized institution or university.
Minimum 10 years of overall experience, and 5 - 7 in dealing with major highway construction projects. Experience in claims / arbitration procedures and methods are a requirement.
Experience in the planning of major projects with particular emphasis on the utilization of computer programs such as Primavera or equally capable program for the planning and tracking of similar projects is a requirements.
This person will also provide assistance to the team during negotiations, arbitration or any other forms of dispute resolution.
Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential.
