Recruitment Supervisor - GCC Experience Required

Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned and respected group of companies in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a Recruitment Supervisor to be based in their regional head office in Doha to locally support the talent acquisition process in attracting, sourcing and selecting top talent for the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and managing eRecruiting solutions, proactively sourcing candidates for retail and back office to support hiring and talent pooling activities, leveraging job boards and social media as well as scheduling interviews. In addition, you will review and screen applications, shortlist and communicate interview details to stakeholders acting as the point of contact for candidates for all interview related administrative details. You will also conduct reference checks on selected candidates, provide support on internal or external university careers / recruiting events and work with key recruitment agency partners.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a Degree in HR or similar coupled with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role mainly focusing on recruiting and employer branding. You should have exceptional people and communication skills and possess excellent knowledge of MS Office and Social Media (LinkedIn). Experience within the GCC would be highly advantageous.
