Build-A-Bear Workshop will be opening its newest store in Lagoona Mall Doha and is looking for strong sales associates to join the dynamic team. This is a great role if you love to work with children, if you are confident to engage and interact with customers and can deliver excellent customer service.

Key job duties will include:
- Store cleaning
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Merchandising and replenishing stock
- Greeting customers and understanding their needs
- Explaining the Build-A-Bear process to the new customers
- Creating sales opportunities by cross selling and up selling
- Informing customers about special parties and promotions
- Contacting schools to book school field trips
- Lead parties in the store creating the games, the activities and able to keep everyone entertained
- Handling the cash and processing the sales transactions
- Dance and sing when there is the need

Requirements

All candidates must have at least 1 year of retail experience having worked in a shop. You will need to demonstrate why you would like to work with Build-A-Bear and what is it about working with children you think would be so great. You have to be very confident, life and soul of a party.

You need to be able to follow clear instructions from the management and possess a very flexible attitude.As part of the interview you will be expected to sing, dance and carry out role plays.

All candidates must have excellent English communication and preference will be given to those who have fluent Arabic. These are immediate positions and will only consider candidates based in Qatar who can get an NOC or candidates working in the Gulf already.
