Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To assess and priorities investment needs based on legislation, H&S and analytics for O&M run assets.
- Management of asset transfer from Infrastructure affairs capital projects. Including compliance checks for asset inventory data, asset tagging, warranty, spares and O&M manuals.
- Generation and maintenance of annual demand and task volume profiles from the five-year plan
- Generation and maintenance of optimized twelve weekly plans for production and operations including coordination of capital delivery activities
- Reporting progress against plan and identifying options with other members of the
- Asset Management team to correct any variances
- Support and provide evidence on asset needs and lifecycle investment priorities to the both the long term planning and the policy and strategy team
- Timely delivery of accurate robust plans for planning activities within Drainage O&M
- Maintain business planning rules to reflect operational procedures and policies
- Auditing O&M contractor planning processes
- Providing input for development of five to twenty-five year strategic plan
- Defining and managing all planning cycles and processes
- Management of planning function including budgets and resources

Requirements

- Education qualification Must be obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia , New Zealand or equivalent University.
- Membership of a suitable professional body with relevant experience and proven track record

Experience
- Minimum 10 years
- Strong asset Management experience for infrastructure projects
