We are now seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to join our award winning team based within our Qatar Office.

This critical role will be responsible for representing KEO in communications with the client and providing leadership and direction on program management and to the project team, consultants and contractors during the planning, development and delivery phases of the program.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
• Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client representatives to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
• Ensure the delivery of the contracted PM services to the client.
• Oversee the consultant, contractor and supplier procurement processes including prequalification, bidder lists and RFP preparation, tender analysis and recommendations.
• Manage and coordinate planning and design phases with consultants and internal architects/engineers.
• Provide leadership, guidance and advice to the program and project teams.
• Administer the development and maintenance of the cost and claims management plans including budget and estimate preparation.

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years' career experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Project Management

Chartered status with a Professional Membership of Engineering or Project /Construction Management Society or other recognized body will be viewed favourably.
