We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with a passion for fashion to join us at Al Mana.

Main responsibilities:
- Strategically collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to devise social media strategies.
- Create and develop engaging social media content.
- Posting, pinning, vining, tweeting, instagramming, and snapping.
- Relationship building with external stakeholders and customers.
- Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of social media campaigns or strategies.
- Reviewing technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives.
- Managing Metrics-driven analysis of channel performance, study and analysis of the results through analytics tools.
- Research and analysis of consumer buying behaviour across all markets.
- Adhering to Best practices in dealing with worldwide institutional magazines / bloggers / online influencers socialites.
- Improve the usability, content and conversion points of the company digital network and for the promotion and growth of the company’s web properties.
- Optimise Al Mana's online branding and presence.
- Requirement for travel across our operating countries as per business requirements.

Requirements

- College or University graduate in a relevant field.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential, Arabic will be an advantage.

Specialist knowledge:
- Clear, cross-functional understanding of the social media space.
- Planning, managing and executing social media initiatives.
- Social media focused experience.
- Social media usage and trends.
- Be well-versed in all major social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tumblr, Pinterest, Flickr, Google+ and Instagram.
- Technologically savvy.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
