Job description / Role
- Onsite Management and supervision of welding works related to District Cooling/PWC networks construction activities.
- Should possess good knowledge in welding works.
- Well-versed in review process of shop drawings/Design Drawings/as built drawings, weld maps, specification of materials, WPS/PQR/WQT and procedures.
- Should be having good knowledge in Construction activities sequences& NDT Procedures etc.
- Should be having good knowledge in relevant codes and standards.
- Should be having good knowledge in review of ITP, Quality procedures, NCR, CAR and Repair procedures, etc.
- Able to guide and lead team of inspectors.
- Supervise the construction works (progress, quality, compliance with specification)
- Check third parties inspection and report.
- Prepare progress reports, quality reports and follow up.
- Coordinate and provided feedback for quality/progress to senior engineer and Project manager.
Requirements
A degree (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years experience with minimum 6 years experience in GCC with welding works related to infrastructure utility construction.
Good command over English language both oral and written.

- Ability to manage, coordinate and direct others.
- Good Team Player
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office/Autocad
- Welding Certification in CSWIP/ AWS and NDT Level-II is MUST
- Lead auditor is added in value
- Driving License is plus
