Job description / Role
- Assist the Account Director in running day to day operations on a set of existing clients
- Understand the business requirements of his/her Clients and write a sound creative brief, with an aim of developing 360 media neutral communication
- Should be able to independently brief creative colleagues and judge creative product, for small, day to day jobs.
- Will be responsible for client contact at an operational level and should take ownership of all the jobs post the initial approval and ensure they are completed / delivered as per the deadline agreed with the Client
- Should be able to suggest proactive ideas to boost Clients business, periodically
- Should manage the financial side of each Client, which involves raising quotes and invoices, as needed plus an eye for payment collection from all Clients
Requirements
- Have an understanding of Agency working process and inclined to learn new media,i.e. Digital, Social media etc.
- Have a good eye for detail and be able to manage pressure and multitask
- A team player and be able building good relationships with all colleagues
- Willing to, not just work hard but also work smart to find solutions.
- Have passion for communication is a keen learner and eager to grow.
- Willing to travel, as and when needed
- Willing to be accountable for his/her actions and has the self-belief to grow in the organization highly passionate, collaborative, hardworking and creative oriented
