Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The client is a UK and overseas property investment firm with offices based in Dubai and UK. The Admin Assistant would be incharge of the following activities with additional responsibilities:

The role of will involve a variety of tasks including customer contact by telephone and email, collecting various documents and liaising with service providers, producing reports in an accurate and business like manor, problem solving and general administration tasks.

50% of the role will involve our UK property portfolio, explaining the UK property buying processes and working with UK solicitors to assist customers to produce the various documents required to purchase property in the UK.

The second 50% involves creating Sales and Purchase Agreements for our off-plan Dubai properties and registering them in the Dubai Lands Department 'Oqood' online system. Working with the Dubai Lands Department to process customer contracts and liaising with Dubai based developers to assist out investors.

Requirements

- MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND WRITE IN ARABIC as the Dubai Lands Department systems require text to be entered in Arabic and English. No previous experience is necessary in the Oqood system however it would be an advantage.
- We are looking for a professional individual with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and someone with fluent English skills in both written and oral communication. Must be able to build relationships with customers and operate in a fast paced and challenging environment. Excellent time management and a strong work ethic are essential along with good computer skills.
- Experience in a similar process-driven role and Property experience is desirable but not essential. Full training and continuing support will be provided.

Salary package:
AED8,000- AED10,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
