Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, Swisslinx Middle East is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Administration Assistant. Our client is a prestigious office in the DIFC.
For this role, we are looking for someone presentable and polished, comfortable in welcoming guests to the office and assisting senior members of the team. You will also be assisting the management team in the day-to-day operations of the office: handling all incoming calls, general office administration, inventory management, bookings, etc.
In addition, this role will include translating documents from (Mandarin/English), therefore, you must be fluent in Mandarin.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Impeccable organization skills and ability to maintain records
- Based in UAE
