Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose: Performing a variety of administrative activities, including financial tasks, generating reports, maintaining statistical data and ensuring compliance with company's policies and procedures; while assisting and shadowing the internal auditors.

Principal Accountabilities
- Manage Group VP Internal Audit, Risk & Lean schedule and assist him with administrative requirements.
- Carry out the basic administrative activities and maintain a wide variety of fiscal information, files and records (e.g. audit reports, minutes of the meetings, staff leave plans/forms, contracts, petty cash records, etc.).
- Preparation and processing of travel arrangements for the Internal Audit team.
- To assist in preparation and update to the database of audit opportunities as noted under the Action Plan section of the Regular Audit Reports.
- Handle audit purchases and service providers in line with the Group's Procurement Policy and in coordination with both Finance & Procurement Units. (e.g. IA trainings' bookings, stationary supplies, etc.)
- Assist the audit & lean team in coordinating with internal and external parties in arranging for meetings, trainings, and events.
- Act as the administrator for the Audit team creation, Client Coordinator creation and Audit recommendation Follow Ups in AutoAudit.
- Assist the lean team with the preparation of Lean Program sessions' materials and VSMs as assigned.
- Assisting and shadowing internal auditors in the execution of the audit program, completion of the assigned audits and submission of relevant working papers.

Requirements

- Degree in Business Administration is preferred
- Proper command of written and spoken English (Desirable: Arabic speaker)
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Advance skills at Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook - Word - Excel - Powerpoint
- Basic knowledge of IT environment and ERP: Oracle
- Basic skills in audit software: Auto Audit
