Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is a temp role to cover maternity leave, a 4-6 month contract.

AED 8,000 per month. Candidates should be on husband's visa. A labour card will be provided by the company in JLT.

Responsibilities:
- IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to accurately and precisely capture, record and report information both manually and electronically.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in person, via email, telephone and in writing.
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Acrobat Professional and Visio.
- Ability to document processes and create flow charts.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding drawing approvals and submission process, as well as information regarding the Fit Out department, fee structure, documents and drawings requirements.
- Answer all customer queries in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with regulatory authority licensing teams.
- Create and distribute correspondence and meeting minutes.
- Create, update and distribute reports and maintain files.
- Follow up and ensure queries have been resolved.
- Assist HSEQ with organising contractors induction training.
- Issue contractors and workers with ID cards.
- switchboard operation, greeting visitors, distribution of incoming mail, organising couriers for outgoing mail, processing conference room bookings, and ensuring that the conference room and printing room are fully stocked and kept tidy at all times.

Requirements

* Experienced administrator
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English
* MUST be able to join immediately (2nd August)
* On husband's or father's visa

Candidates with experience in the construction or fit-out industries will be given priority.
