Application Laboratory Assistant

Job description / Role

Overview: Role and responsibility of the position is to make applications samples for the Sweet Goods and Beverage market. The project flow would include completion of all documentation manufacture samples, and distribution.

Daily responsibility
- Accessing iCam
- Arrange morning meeting against all new iCam projects
- After approval open iCam
- Select flavors for said project
- Manufacture samples
- Make samples against project brief and formulation.
- Confirm flavor cost, dosages, and regulatory
- Ensure product meets the flavor profile
- Send samples for distribution (DHL)

Requirements

Should have a scientific background, in Food science or Food technology being advantageous.
