Metlife is one of the leading providers of Global Medical & Life Insurance to both Individuals & Corporate organisations.

Our busy customer contact center is now looking to recruit experienced in-bound call center specialists to work in our dedicated department based in DAFZA (Dubai Airport Free Zone) on an on-going contract basis.

The Customer Service center provides our existing policy holders with a first class service and customer experience and assists with a wide range of technical policy questions.

Requirements

Previous call center or customer service experience is required along with highly developed communication skills. Fluency in Arabic and the ability to write in business English is essential along with a good level of computer literacy.
