Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Participate in developing sales strategy and marketing plan for Main Contracting Division.
- Elaborate added value services strategy such us Registration, Logistics, Technical support and Media services.
- Build an awareness of the services provided via adopting efficient marketing and PR strategy.
- Define and implement sales strategy with Sales Manager and document it in the Business Operating Plan.
- Maintain Organizer relationship and manage the same.
- Assist in developing the pricing strategy in order to ensure maximum profit and market share without neglecting customer satisfaction (Define customer perceptions and willingness to expend).
- Work with other functional departments such as operations, marketing and research for their execution of the event.
- Create all reports for designated shows, including monthly reports, post show reports, etc.
- Attend and monitor competitive shows and create pro-active strategies regarding competition.
- Monitor productivity of account executives and floor managers team to ensure they are all meeting productivity standards, sales quotas, and the standards established for delivery. Keep team at a high level of performance.
- Hire, train and develop floor managers professionals for the organization as well as continually train/coach account managers team on all aspects ensuring its fullest capacity utilization.
- Build portfolio of free space stands during the Exhibitions.
- Develop Country Pavilion price strategy for internal shows.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in business management or commerce field (Experience in relevant field can be also considered).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Exhibitions field, with a strong technical background.
- Should have good computer knowledge and skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.)
- Fluent in English, Arabic preferred.
- Other languages will be considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
