Job description / Role
Our client, a well known international food & beverage company, is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager.
Reports directly to the International Head of Marketing.
Must possess minimum 6 years of marketing experience.
Responsibilities:
Brand building:
- Write the brand strategy and annual marketing plan for the UAE
- Develop unique, interesting and targeted brand campaigns, managing delivery and implementation across the marketing mix
Channel management:
- Develop and implement strategic social media strategy, ensuring excellence in brand execution and relevant tone of voice.
- Digital: relaunch company website and develop digital strategy to ensure company is always top of searches and ensuring a joined up customer journey from click to visit
- Own and develop all creative marketing materials for all communication in store and external advertising
Food & Menus:
- Briefing document for food development and wider teams on changes required based on
- Creative design and production
- Working closely with operations to train, brief and deliver menus successfully
New restaurant openings:
- Developing integrated launch plans across the marketing mix
- Developing and executing brand activations / guerrilla marketing activities to create opportunities for PR and social media
- Evaluating local market place ensuring our pricing and product is appropriate for the competitive set and target consumer
- Delivering all marketing materials to ensure a smooth and integrated brand execution
Other:
- Manage marketing budget
- Analyze all marketing activities for ROI against budget and compile monthly reports
- Manage agencies: PR, Design & web. Performance-manage and source new partners where needed
Requirements
- Educated to degree level
- Creative flair
- Completer-Finisher - excellent organizational and project management skills & can demonstrate that
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and real understanding of operations
- Fluent in English
