Business Development Coordinator

Job description / Role

The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for conducting business and market research and analysis, developing rolling business plans and reviewing and follow up progress of projects, contracts etc.

The position provides consulting and coordination between the Business Development function and other areas of Bateel in order to support in achieving its business goals.

Requirements

Project Management:
- Follow up existing contracts.
- Ensures fillies are up to date and organized.
- Maintain effective relationships with established customers
- Conduct calls with customers and prospects provides effective presentations/ written proposals to prospective customers
- Responsible for reviewing contracts and ensure they are legally correct
- Build relationships and engage effectively with project managers’ tech / consulting
- Lead services leadership to provide both subject matter expertise input and to gain sign off / acceptance for projects.

Coordination:
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Bateel standards to ensure contractors and business partners understand the specifications of the project, and accordingly check for accurate cost analysis , by also serving as a project or bid coordinator.
- Respond to communications in a timely manner and meet their deadlines.
- Prepare coordinate and complete RFPS proposals and manage quotations, responses under the direction of the BD DGM.
- Carry out administrative tasks for the BD department as required
- Help maintain a supply of materials – including special paper, brochures, furniture samples, reprints and folders.

Research:
- Track new business development opportunities as directed by the BD DGM.
- Work with BD DGM, project managers and obtain information, schedule interviews, complete surveys, directories, and other updates as instructed.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and marketing research in preparation for client and prospect meetings, quotes/proposals, and other business development initiatives.
- Undertake any reasonable duties as specified the services management
