Job description / Role
- Responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing business.
- Have in depth knowledge on LCL.
- Assists General Manager to optimize operational procedure.
- Leads and manages the shipping operations to ensure accurate and timely shipping processes with maximum efficiency.
- Develops and coaches personnel for excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in shipping & freight industry with strong sales, communication, supervisory and customer service skills.
- A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks and resources appropriately is required.
