Business Improvement Manager

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a leading multinational. Following continued growth and diversification, our client is looking to hire a Business Improvement Manager.

This role will sit within a newly created Delivery Excellence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational efficiency, processes and controls across the business. This is designed to sustain commercial initiatives across all support functions. You will ensure the successful project management of these roll outs to allow for stronger governance, reporting and commercial support within the global business and operational hubs.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of controllership and process flows within a complex organisational structure, whereby systems and risk management functions can be mapped and reviewed to allow for transformation roll outs.

Ideally you should be a Chartered Accountant who has a detailed understanding of financial analysis, data analysis and reporting tools linked to MIS generation. It is essential you have the ability to lead and influence and possess the required commercial gravitas within this growing and challenging environment.
