Job description / Role

CFO/COO - Insurance Brokerage - Dubai - AED 55,000 total

The client, privately owned insurance brokerage with operations in 5 countries and over 25,000 customers, is looking for CFO/COO for their office in Dubai.

You will be responsible for assessment of business performance against both the annual budget and long term strategy, oversee long term budgetary planning and and costs management. You will be looking after financial planning and analysis, planning, policy and relationship management, accounting & administration, HR management, operations management and IT.

Requirements

- Minimum CPA or CA
- At least 10 years of experience as COO/CFO or equivalent, preferably in financial/insurance/banking sector.
- Proficient in English
- Excellent with MS Office package
- Excellent analytic and reasoning skills
- Strong costing and pricing skills
