RP International are currently searching for a Channel Learning & Development Manager to join a leading Telco Vendor within their Enterprise group - to be based in Dubai, UAE.

The Channel Learning & Development Manager (CLDM) owns and drives the enablement of managed and un-managed partners through sales, presales, and technical training and accreditations.

This talented learning and development specialist is the single point of accountability for the planning, development, and execution of partner capability development plans. He/she orchestrates resource alignment and support from key Client stakeholder sales and marketing teams (Channel Marketing Managers, Partner Channel Marketing Managers -, and Partner Technical Specialists).

Requirements

- Learning Solutions Delivery (Execution): Drive partner sales, presales and technical enablement execution plans holistically including deeper high potential partner enablement to close skills gaps by targeting all managed and un-managed partner types with relevant courses
- Works alongside Partner Channel Solutions Manager to market courses, select vendors, and internal resources, set goals and continuously optimize and improve training results, and partner sales teams to drive sales enablement through skilling activities.
- Cross Stakeholder Alignment and Partner Ecosystem Expertise: Builds executive partner relationships, understanding the partner business models, participating in partner advisory councils.
- Establishes and maintains stakeholder relationships, conducting business reviews, understanding the subsidiary operating model and lead the Field Partner Capability Development Council across the Area or subsidiary.
- Measurement & Analytics and Operational Excellence: provide strong operational support and guidance for region/country Channel Manager Resources to enable strong results against PSRI scorecard targets
- Deliver partner performance insights to inform and continuously improve execution approach
- Drive a consistent partner Rhythm of the Business (ROB) process across the subsidiary/area to ensure the right skilling readiness and support motions in place to help our partners win in Cloud transformation
- Learning Solutions Development (Strategy): Lead the subsidiary, region or Area partner capability development planning process that includes thorough investment strategy outlining required investments for enablement, resourcing, recruitment and retention and calculated ROI
- Identify content sources and IP to meet learning objectives, work with LT process as appropriate to negotiate trade-offs, ensure budget and resources are secured for execution and gain signoff, and make, buy, build, or customize decisions /plans that align to business priorities.
