Chief Representative - Dubai - Leading Financial Institution

A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Chief Representative, to join their team in Dubai. The role involves; ensuring audit standards and compliance is maintained and audit recommendations are followed, analyzing business and economic conditions and proposing approaches in the best interest of the business, establishing and maintaining effective working relations with key parties and customers, participating in the recruitment and selection process and developing short and long term risk management approaches, among others.

Requirements

- Have at least 15-20 years experience in banking (with 5 in a senior position of responsibility)
- Possess a University degree (preferably in Finance)
- Have excellent managerial skills and planning and analytical abilities
- Be able to understand risk management and the impact and applicability for business
- Be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE

Skills that are not mandatory however are beneficial:
- Arabic language skills would be a distinct advantage
- Currently residing in the UAE or Middle East region.
