Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Take responsibility to handle all administration support queries whether by phone, email or client visits keeping the Company philosophy guidelines in mind to achieve required KPIs
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of Investment products such as Premier Advance, Premier Ultra Advance and Reserve.
- Keep up to date with the relevant legislation and understand the organisation and office procedures as well as its relevant manual systems.
- Demonstrate commitment to the company culture of achieving positive customer outcomes by ensuring the end customer and fairness is central to all decisions and actions and adheres to the culture of TCF.
- Take responsibility for ongoing self-development through both formal and informal channels. Ensure their skills are kept up to date with the changes to products, processes, legislation and market activities.
- Identify process and system improvements and spread best practice ensuring improvements/changes are discussed with colleagues and managers.
- Demonstrate commitment to department business plan tasks and participate in projects and initiatives that support the business need. Ensuring all deadlines are met and other commitments are maintained.
- Build effective relationships with key customers both internally and externally, to improve overall service.
- Assist with pro-active follow-up on applications in pipeline and liaising with business partners to clear requirements to assist new business issued figures.

Requirements

- Good customer service skills with highly effective communication
- An understanding of the insurance and regular savings product market
- Financial services background

Below will be an advantage
- Progress with the ACII exams
- Clear and logical thinker who can apply different techniques to problem solving
- An understanding of new business systems and processes
- Ideally someone with an insurance background who has back-office experience
