Job description / Role
Client is a leading Main Contractor in the UAE have recently picked up new projects across the UAE and are actively recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to be based in their Dubai head office and oversee all Dubai projects reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 Years total experience Main Contractor
- Minimum 3 Years UAE Experience Main Contractor
- Experience on Hotels, Towers & Malls desirable
- Experience Managing a Team of QS / Overseeing multiple projects (multiple projects desirable)
- Experience as a UAE Project QS / Contracts Role
- Experience working in a predominately Arabic environment desirable
- Knowledge of Fidic suite of Contracts
- Client / Consultant / Owner heavy interaction required, needs to be personable, professional and presentable
- Excellent opportunity for progression
- Package dependent on experience
- Age 30 +
- UK QS Degree
